During my stay at the Phoenix Hotel Karon Beach, I enjoyed the great location just a few minutes from the beach, but I was disappointed with the room conditions and some aspects of the service. The room had an unpleasant odor, which made my experience less enjoyable. Overall, while there were positives, I probably wouldn't choose to stay here again.
